Safely on the move
We will do everything in our power to ensure that your visit to the Dino Experience Park will be safe. In the park we follow the Dutch guidelines of the RIVM.
- We make sure there is a distance of 1,5 meter between households.
We only receive a limited number of guests at a time and only with an online reservation.
- We provide extra hygiene measures
Wear personal protective equipment where necessary. Disinfection of important contact points and more frequent cleaning. Providing central disinfection points.
- We provide sufficient and clear information
We have visible, well-informed colleagues. We provide understandable information, instructions and signposting. Address guests when agreements are not respected.
Most important measures
- We kindly ask you to follow all guidelines and advice of the Dutch Administration during your visit.
- Wash your hands regularly.
- Keep 1.5 metres away from others.
- Go home if you have a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, slight cough and/or a temperature increase (up to 38°C).
- Go home if someone in your household has a fever (from 38°C) and/or tightness of the chest.
- Pay with your pin or contactless. Cash will not be accepted.
- Please follow any instructions we may have.

Can I visit the park with different households?
This is allowed with a maximum of four people from different households. During your visit, take into account all the measures of the RIVM, such as the 1.5-metre distance rule. We expect our guests to feel responsible for their actions.
Children up to and including 12 years old do not have to keep a 1.5-metre distance. Young people up to and including 17 years do not have to keep a 1.5 metre distance from each other.

How do you define ‘household’?
We define a household as a group of people living at the same address and under the same roof. By visiting Dinoe Experience Park with your family or the persons with whom you form a household (maximum 8 persons), we can best guarantee the measures of RIVM.
How does Dino Experience Park ensure 1.5 metres distance between households?
We adhere to the guidelines of the RIVM and we ask our visitors to adhere to them as well. This means 1.5 metres (two arm lengths) between households. This is clearly indicated at all locations. We ask you to follow the instructions of our staff. Together we ensure that everyone has enough space during the day out.
Why can I only buy tickets online and have to reserve a day and time slot?
In order to guarantee the measures of the RIVM, we can receive a maximum number of visitors each day. Therefore, a visit to Dino Experience Park is only possible if you reserve your time slot in advance.
What measures can I take myself?
Dino Experience Park adheres to the guidelines of RIVM and we ask our visitors to adhere to them as well. There are a number of measures you can take to ensure a safe visit.
1. Wash your hands regularly
2. Cough and sneeze on the inside of your elbow
3. Use paper tissues to blow your nose and throw them away afterwards
4. Do not shake hands
What payment options are available?
We are a pin-only park and therefore you cannot pay with cash. However, it is useful to have a few coins with you for our Dino Rides or to bring our T-Rex to life!
How are tickets controlled if employees have to keep their distance?
The staff are shielded by plexiglass. You offer your tickets and the employee scans the tickets without touching them.
How can we visit the dinosaurs with 1.5 distance from other households?
Outside in the Dino Experience Park there is more than enough space to visit the park with 1.5m distance between households. We make sure that different groups start from each other with enough time and space. We also ask our visitors to keep to this.
How do you ensure flow at Jurassic Golf?
Staff aim to ensure a smooth flow of visitors playing Jurassic Golf. It is not possible to wait inside for people from your household.
Should or may you wear a mouth mask?
Wearing a mouth mask in our indoor locations is mandatory for everyone aged 13 and above.
Is the restaurant open?
Our catering business was already based on take-away and will remain so. So it is possible to come by and have something to eat with us.
